Notice and takedown

If you believe content linked or referenced through Aether infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

• Your full legal name and contact email
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The exact URL(s) on Aether where the material appears
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent
• Your physical or electronic signature

After a valid notice is received, we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the reported material where reasonably possible.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
